This week the online World Economic Forum (WEF) 2022 is taking place.
After listening to a few panel discussions relating to technology, such as the “Technology Cooperation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution” panel that included Sunil Bharti Mittal, Hans Vestberg, Paula Ingabire, hosted by Samir Saran or, “Accelerating and Scaling Up Climate Innovation” panel that included Anna Borg, Yasmine Fouad, Bill Gates, John F. Kerry and hosted by Børge Brende, I am sad to hear there is still no open recognition or discussion on the need to modernise software technology.
How can technology stakeholders work together to balance innovation responsibilities and maximise the potential of emerging technologies to address global problems?
How can all 17 United Nations Sustainability Goals be best supported?
Samir Saran summarised the takeaways from their discussions as three future needs:
1. For an agile governance that is outcome-based and society focused,
2. To create the future architecture that will best serve all humanity,
3. To build a multi-layered engagement framework that embeds sustainable responsibility in its core.
ALL these and much more are possible with a Sustainable Circular Technology.
Demand a better future by advancing Software Technology,
