With all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals needing technology to achieve their objectives, doesn’t it make sense to ensure all delivered solutions are in turn sustainable?
Sustainable Software Technology is the key to unlocking the full technological sustainability potential. To name a few it will enable, just in time architecture, eliminates legacy systems leading to a reduction in operational power and space consumption, enables systematic solution portability, standardisation and governance.
Overall, resulting in massive enterprise spending reductions and quality increase.
Global enterprise software spending is doubling every decade and Statista estimates in 2022 global technology spending will exceed $4.4 trillion.
This undue stress on enterprises, economy and society is not sustainable.
Let’s address the underlying issues.
Let’s make Sustainable Software Technology the 18th UN Sustainable Development Goal.
Demand a better future,
